APT-4PFM Water Discharge System

The APT-4PFM Wastewater Discharge System has been designed as a discharge systems unit for fully automatic, unattended advanced operations that solve difficult wastewater treatment problems for both marine and industrial applications. Larger sizes are available.

The basic operating principle is for the Oil-Water Separator (OWS) to remove large volume oils to less than 15 ppm. The polishing filter (PFM) then removes residual oils to less than 1 ppm. The PFM can also remove most hydrocarbon emulsions and wastewater discharge from manufacturing process water streams.

The media in the OWS is cleanable and reusable. The prioritized, inexpensive, easily disposed of absorbent media used in the PFM will absorb 60% of its weight in oil and must be replaced when contaminated.

The APT-4PFM treats 4 GPM (up to 5700 GPD). The unit comes completely assembled and wired, ready to set in place. Premium components are used to ensure the most trouble-free, industrial wastewater operation possible.
